Potential problems, explanations and solutions for future reference
Problem 1. Error message: "The Security Certificate is not yet valid" or "The Security Certificate has expired"
- Explanation. You might be using a public computer, for example, Library, Kinkos or Internet Cafe. Most of those public places have protective Firewalls that will prevent you from accessing certain sites that require a secure connection. Or, the date on your computer might be wrong.
- Solution A. Hit the Back button on your browser, ignore the message and click the CHECK OUT button. When you get the Security Certificate message, click CONTINUE. Place the order normally and fill out your information. When your credit card is approved, you will be able to view your order immediately.
- Solution B. Write the girls' code numbers and email them to us along with your contact information. For your security, you should split your credit card number into two separate emails and send it to us. We will process your order manually, and return it to you as soon as possible.
- Solution C. Check your clock and make sure is set to the correct date. If that is the case, then hit the CONTINUE button and proceed with the order.
Problem 2. Error message: "Cannot connect. Server too busy".
- Explanation. The server might be overloaded.
- Solution. Hit the Back button on your browser and try again.
